We are confident in our products and our sales staff to make sure that you get the best help and gear that are most suitable for your adventures.
We are a local, independently owned store and do not offer ‘change of mind’ refunds (this includes incorrect sizing), however we're happy to offer you a store credit or exchange subject to the following conditions:
Store credits, lasting up to 3 years, will be issued for the amount paid at time of purchase for the particular item being returned. They are issued via email in which you'll receive a 13 digit code that you can use at checkout online or in store.
Unfortunately stock levels vary and we are not able to stock all products in all sizes, which may result in your desired exchange product or size not being available. In the event that your desired exchange product is not in stock, a store credit will be issued.
Should you not want a credit or exchange, in extenuating circumstances Melbourne Snowboard Centre may issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

Bag looks the goods
Currently storing 4 boards in it one with bindings on, so capacity great. ( see pic)
Fabric used in construction looks good and solid but really wont know until it takes a trip to Japan in 2024.
All the stitching in handles looks sound and has not complained about lifting 4 boards but since I generally carry all my gear and 2 boards about 30kg in total I will see how it goes in 2024.
I'm a little concerned about the wheels and would feel happier if they were supported on both sides with an axle all the way through, but again the trip will tell. ( see pic)
There is one thing I am not happy about and that is the wheel base support. This has been a problem with all my past bags ( not the same make) and this one unfortunately has the same issue but there has been an attempt to deal with it but it falls about 100 mm short. The problem is that when loaded up, unless you can make sure that the 1st board in stays jammed against the wheel base, with some incomprehensible clothing or other objects under the up kick of the nose/tail of the board the bag will bend at the wheel base and you will be dragging the bag on its base and not rolling it on its wheels. There is a metal brace in the bag to address this but it is about 100 mm too short.
It looks like a sound bag at an attractive price.
Padded travel bag thay fits your board, boots and heaps of other stuff. It's basically the same design as all the Burton bags but a lot cheaper.
That big I could fit my house in it
